Make an enquiry
You can either make an enquiry through our website or give us a call on 09 270 9440.  

We talk to you
On receiving your enquiry one of our dedicated African safari specialists will contact you.  We take the leg work out of planning a perfect African safari, and save you time and energy.  Your dedicated safari specialist will be your guide and first point of contact (via telephone initially as we find this is better than long-winded emails to get the crux of your dream safari). They will work with you, listening to what you need, answering any questions you may have, and ultimately tailor-making a perfect itinerary, no matter how many emails it takes.

Example Itineraries
After a good discussion, we will send you some example itineraries to view.  For scheduled departure itineraries we will send you several options. For tailor-made itineraries we will put together a first draft proposal safari itinerary.  Several variations of this itinerary are made until the perfect itinerary is reached.

Prior to confirming your safari arrangements
Prior to going to confirming your safari arrangements we check availability and request provisional holds. If availability is not possible, we seek out alternate options for you.  Typically we can only provisionally hold arrangements for 7 working days.

Confirm your safari
If all accommodations and/or your safaris/tours are available, you are sent a booking form (includes our Terms and Conditions) for signing and an invoice to pay a 30% deposit.  If you need to make any changes, no problem, we will advise you on what options are available. Our goal is to make your safari as seamless, and wrinkle-free, so you can get on with the exciting anticipation of your upcoming holiday.  We are on the ground when you are travelling, and our 24-7 emergency number is on standby once you are travelling in Africa.

Pre-safari service
Once you have paid your deposit we then send out our comprehensive General Preparation Information, Tipping Guidelines and any other relevant information for your specific itinerary.  We will check-in with you a couple of weeks before you depart for Africa just to make 100% sure all is in order.  But of course you are most welcome to call us on 09 270 9440 or email us at any stage before you depart on your adventure.  


Post-safari service
We like to think of our guests as a part of our family. Africa is an emotive, inspiring destination, and we would love to hear about your adventures. We will welcome you home and ask you for some frank feedback, so that we can share it with others who will follow in your footsteps.
