Zimbabwe Immigration has introduced a new electronic arrival form to streamline the entry process at key ports of entry, including Victoria Falls Airport. This initiative is not an online visa but a digital replacement for the traditional paper entry form completed at immigration. All guests should ideally complete the online immigration declaration form before arriving at any Zimbabwean border post, including Victoria Falls Airport.
1. The intention is to have guests complete the online form before arrival, in the comfort of their homes/office or whilst travelling, speeding up the process at the port of entry. Wi-Fi will be necessary to complete the form.
2. If guests cannot complete the form in advance, they can do so upon arrival – either online (subject to Wi-Fi availability) using their own devices, or Immigration officials will provide access to devices at the port of entry. Alternatively, guests may fill out the physical paper version provided by immigration.
3. If completed electronically before arrival, there is no need to complete the physical paper form on arrival.
This new online process will, in time, replace the manual immigration declaration paper form and is aimed at improving the guest experience at border control.
Please note that this system is being phased in gradually and will not fully replace the paper process immediately, as not all guests may have access to digital tools or reliable internet connections.

While this digital system is being implemented, guests should take a screenshot of their completed form as proof of submission. It may need to be presented to immigration officials upon arrival in the event of network disruptions.
Visa fees remain unchanged for New Zealand passport holders:
Single-entry visa: USD 30
Double-entry visa: USD 45
