Herewith a long-awaited update. The official launch of the Namibia visa will be on 3 March, 2025. The Ministry of Home Affairs has confirmed the following to us in a meeting held in Windhoek:
Visas will be available on arrival and guests are required to have the following documentation:
- Passport (Valid 6months / 3 blank pages)
- Return ticket (Proof of onward ticket)
- Health insurance (travel insurance)
- Travel Itinerary
- Proof of funds to sustain yourself in Namibia
- Parents travelling with children will need to have their children’s birth certificate
- N$ 1,600 payment on arrival
