On arrival into Cape Town you will be met and transferred to More Quarters Hotel, where you have 3 nights.  Welcome to Cape Town! The Mother city is South Africa's oldest city and one of three official capital cities.  If you arrive early enough you'll have some free time to explore Cape Town and its many tourist attractions.

You have 2 days to explore Cape Town.  Options include:

Cape of Good Hope
Cape Town Aquarium
Table Mountain
Sea Kayaking
Biking
Boating

After breakfast you are transferred to Stellenbosch, for 2 nights.  Visit child-friendly wine farm, such as Spier Wine Farm.  They offer a wide variety of activities for kids such as a Grape Juice Tasting. Kids are offered three grape juices and some wine gums while learning about vineyard insects on their colour-in activity sheets. Be sure to visit the Eagle Encounter at Spier where children have the chance to see birds of prey up close and be part of a flight display at the Eagle Encounters.  Other child-friendly options include horse-riding, Butterfly World, The giraffe house and Delvera, an outdoor village in the vineyards.

After breakfast, you are transferred to Cape Town Airport for your flight to Port Elizabeth Airport (not included).  On arrival you are met and transferred to Kariega Main Lodge.  The lodge offers families a relaxed and friendly environment to enjoy the African bush.  All the log chalets are air conditioned, with en-suite bedrooms, and large private viewing decks. Each has a spacious lounge and living area which is great for socializing before retreating to the privacy and comfort of your bedroom. The lodge has been expertly integrated with the surrounding bush to create a natural environment where guests can enjoy traditional meals in the restaurant or boma, a drink at the bar or a swim in the pool.

Spend 2 days enjoying activities at Kariega Game Reserve.  Your safari experience will centre around game drives encountering wild African game including lion, elephant, rhino and more. A range of other safari activities await such as guided bush walks and river cruises. As the sun sets, enjoy sundowners on the deck before heading to the outdoor boma for a sumptuous meal illuminated by soft candlelight and a roaring fire. We suggest taking four days to ensure close-up experiences with a range of wildlife.

Following the morning activity (time permitting) and breakfast, you will be transferred by road to Port Elizabeth Airport where you will be met and assisted with the check in for your onward flight.
