Tusk and Mane has two types of fully mobile camps. Whilst both are different in design, they both have a well stocked bar and seating area under canvas as well as en-suite bathrooms. The tents are very simple and light weight – a nice example of how light luxury in the wilderness can be.Chula Island CampThese tents have been designed to make the most of the Lower Zambezi environment. They are full mobile with canvas drop down sides. With the new designs there are now en-suite bathrooms which prevent you from walking far to use the toilet, with a bucket shower, flushing toilets and washbasin with a mirror.Kutali Island CampThere are 4 Tents – 3 metres x 3 meters and 2 metres high. These are a similar design to the base camp but smaller and portable. The tents are made from course netting which is insect proof when zipped closed, each accommodates two lightweight camp beds made up with crisp linen, blankets and down pillows. Each fly tent has a table a solar torch, water jug and mosquito repellent.
